Finally, I got my ravelry invite today. So, I have been neglecting all other duties to set up my account over there. It is so super cool!

Fried and Glazed Tofu

1 block extra firm fresh Tofu (I like Nasoya), drained, pressed and cut into cubes
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Red Wine
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
splash of Sesame Oil

Heat Oils over medium-high heat in a large non-stick pan. Meanwhile combine Honey, Red Wine, and Soy Sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly mixed and warm. Fry Tofu in the Oils, stirring often, until nice and brown. Add liquid mixture and continue cooking until thickened into a glaze. I like to serve over Coconut Rice and garnish with chopped Scallions.
